Nach vielen Jahren fällt mir dieser Schritt unglaublich schwer: Ich habe mich dazu entschieden, CERBERVS CLOTHING per Ende dieses Jahres zu beenden.
Es war einst meine Vision, aus der kleinen Schweiz heraus die ganze Welt zu erreichen. Wenn ich heute zurückblicke, bin ich überwältigt und unglaublich dankbar, aus wie vielen Ländern ich über die Jahre Bestellungen und Unterstützung erhalten durfte.
Die Bands, Tattoo Artists, Künstlerinnen und Künstler und all die Menschen, die mit mir zusammengearbeitet haben. Und natürlich alle, die meine Kleidung mit Stolz und Freude getragen und das Label unterstützt haben.
Dafür möchte ich euch von Herzen Danke sagen. <3
Ein wesentlicher Grund für meine Entscheidung sind die immer umfangreicher werdenden Bestimmungen rund um den internationalen Versand.
Die PPWR (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation) innerhalb der EU sowie die verschärften Zollbestimmungen in den USA machen den internationalen Versand für ein kleines Label zunehmend unmöglich.
Grundsätzlich unterstütze ich den Gedanken hinter der PPWR. Auch ich bin gegen unnötigen Verpackungsabfall und finde es richtig, dass Unternehmen Verantwortung für ihre Verpackungen übernehmen.
Das Problem ist jedoch, wie diese neuen Vorgaben für kleine Unternehmen umgesetzt werden.
Um weiterhin legal in verschiedene EU-Länder versenden zu können, entstehen je nach Land zusätzliche Registrierungen, Gebühren, Meldungen und weitere Verpflichtungen. Dies bedeutet bereits ab den ersten Bestellungen einen unverhältnismässig grossen administrativen und finanziellen Aufwand.
Für einen grossen Konzern mag dieser Aufwand machbar sein. Für ein kleines, unabhängiges Label aus der Schweiz ist dies leider nicht mehr wirtschaftlich tragbar.
Hinzu kommt, dass der Versand in die USA aufgrund der verschärften Zollbestimmungen für uns bereits seit längerer Zeit nicht mehr möglich ist.
Zusammen mit der aktuellen wirtschaftlichen Situation und den ständig zunehmenden gesetzlichen und administrativen Anforderungen ist es für mich deshalb leider nicht mehr möglich, CERBERVS CLOTHING langfristig weiterzuführen.
Diese Entscheidung tut weh.
Denn CERBERVS war für mich nie einfach nur ein Label.
Es war eine Leidenschaft und ein grosser Teil meines Lebens.
Ich bin unglaublich stolz darauf, dass aus einer Idee aus der kleinen Schweiz ein Label entstanden ist, das Menschen auf der ganzen Welt erreicht hat.

After many years, this is an incredibly difficult step for me: I have decided to bring CERBERVS CLOTHING to an end at the end of this year.
It was once my vision to reach the whole world from a small country like Switzerland. Looking back today, I am overwhelmed and incredibly grateful to see how many countries I have received orders and support from over the years.
The bands, tattoo artists, artists, and all the people I had the opportunity to work with. And of course, everyone who wore my clothing with pride and joy and supported the label.

One of the main reasons behind my decision is the ever-increasing number of regulations surrounding international shipping.
The PPWR (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation) within the EU, as well as the increasingly strict customs regulations in the USA, are making international shipping increasingly impossible for a small label.
In principle, I support the idea behind the PPWR. I am also against unnecessary packaging waste and believe that companies should take responsibility for the packaging they use.
The problem, however, is how these new requirements are being implemented for small businesses.
In order to continue shipping legally to different EU countries, additional registrations, fees, reporting requirements and other obligations arise depending on the country. This creates a disproportionately high administrative and financial burden, even from the very first orders.
For a large corporation, this kind of effort may be manageable. For a small, independent label from Switzerland, it is unfortunately no longer economically sustainable.
On top of this, shipping to the USA has already been impossible for us for some time due to the increasingly strict customs regulations.
Together with the current economic situation and the constantly increasing legal and administrative requirements, it is unfortunately no longer possible for me to continue CERBERVS CLOTHING in the long term.
This decision hurts.
Because CERBERVS was never simply a label to me.
It was a passion and a huge part of my life.
I am incredibly proud that an idea from a small country like Switzerland grew into a label that reached people all over the world.
